Hi, I'm Nadine. Nice to meet you!

I’m here to help you get more out of your career

Take Control of Your Career

This is your career and your life — make sure you’re in-charge.

I believe

what we put into our careers should be an investment, not an expense. We should be able to reap benefits from it, not pay our dues.

There is only one you and that one you needs to show up at work, at home, with friends and in the community.

If work is a burden, it weighs down the other aspects of your life as well.

I have been finding more happiness in my day to day. Also, I now have 6 aspects that I know help define what success and fulfillment looks like for me. I have tangible goals that I can use to ensure I am pursuing activities in work and life that will bring me fulfillment. Also, I have a tangible framework to help refine goals so that they are within my control, specific, and measurable. Also, I am finding my aspects easier within my work and I am naturally pursuing work and opportunities that align with my aspects.

Certified Coach and IT Professional

I’ve worked in the tech sector for over 30 years. Mostly in consulting, I’ve held technical as well as leadership roles. I know what it’s like to work, grow, move and adapt in this environment. The industry is growing so fast that there are a lot of opportunities for strong individuals.

But it’s easy to get caught up with the busy-ness, the expected career paths, the focus on performance and forget that work is just one part of our lives. We are more than our work.

I think it’s time to take control of our careers and have it serve us instead of us serving our careers.

A bit more about me

When I’m not working, my husband and I enjoy many things together.

We particularly enjoy social dancing, especially Argentine Tango. We volunteer at the local community center to play the music for the dance club where we share the dance floor with many good friends.

We also enjoy traveling, indulging in our interests in art, architecture, history and culture. We have two modes of travel: exploratory and immersive. Exploratory travel takes us to new places, to get a sense of what it’s like. Then we decide where we want to spend our time and go for an immersive trip.

We enjoy cooking… and eating. On weekends we like to go for long drives out of the city to enjoy wide vistas and fresh air. Mostly, we like being together.
