- Option to start with a 360 degree feedback exercise to gain insight into areas for growth and improvement
- Minimum 3-month commitment to gain momentum and focus

Virtually! All sessions happen over Zoom so we don’t have to be in the same city, or even time zone!
As their leader, you can state your intention for the coaching agreement. However, the coaching happens between your team member and the coach, with your team member as the client determining what each coaching session will focus on.
Coaching is not therapy — it meets the client where they are, moving them forward without delving into histories.
Coaching is not mentoring — it taps into the client’s innate wisdom so they can make the choices that are true to themselves, not someone else.
Coaching is not teaching — it enhances self-awareness so the client can learn from themselves and their experiences.
Coaching is an extremely empowering approach to transformation and growth.
You can’t force your team member to be coached, nobody can. But if they want to grow and see this as an opportunity, they will benefit from coaching.
